Using this website

By using this website you agree to these terms. Please do not misuse the site, try to access other people's accounts, or interfere with how it works.

Accounts

You need an account to enter any competition. You must be 18 or over, give accurate details, keep your password private and verify your email address. One account per person.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Competition Rules, including duplicate or fake accounts.

Competitions

Every competition is governed by the Competition Rules and its own individual terms, which apply alongside these terms.

Emails

We send essential emails about your account and entries (for example verification, password reset, welcome and ticket confirmations). Marketing emails and SMS are optional and separate from entering, and you can change your choices at any time in My Account.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law, including your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
